Sally Sullivan is Executive Vice President of CSRA's Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Group. Ms. Sullivan is responsible for leading the direction, strategy, growth, and service excellence for our Homeland Security and Law Enforcement Business.
Ms. Sullivan joined CSC in 2013 as Vice President of NPS Business Development and Strategy to reinvigorate the organization’s bid and capture approach and activity. During her tenure, she helped NPS achieve significant growth in submits, bookings and win rates, while building pipeline and developing a more efficient bid model.
Ms. Sullivan joined CSC from ManTech International Corporation, where she served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Market Expansion. In addition to being a key influence for broadening the company’s capabilities in intelligence, cybersecurity and advanced technology for military and federal civil markets, she actively participated in mergers and acquisitions that expanded the company’s market. During her tenure, ManTech was named one of the 100 fastest growing companies in the nation and one of the 400 best big companies in the United States by Forbes magazine.
Ms. Sullivan has held senior leadership positions at Bechtel National, Northrop Grumman, and EDS. She has served on the boards of CharityWorks, The Father McKenna Center in Washington, D.C., The Country Day School in McLean, Va., and as Board Chair for The Fishing School.
She has a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University.
